This contract has been entered into between the Seller and the Buyer under the following terms and conditions.

2. TOPIC

The subject matter of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website, www.memonza.com, or through other means of remote communication, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICE

The specifications of the products ordered by the Buyer, the total sales price, and the payment terms are specified during the ordering process and, upon confirmation of the order, become an integral part of this agreement.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1. Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via a shipping company within the timeframe committed to by the Seller following confirmation of the order.
4.2. Under normal circumstances, the delivery period will not exceed 30 days. The delivery period may be extended in the event of force majeure.
4.3. The shipping fee is specified at the time of order and, unless otherwise agreed, is to be paid by the Buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 days of the delivery of the product covered by the contract.

5.2. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the products must be returned unused and in their entirety.

5.3. Unless otherwise specified, the costs incurred in returning products via shipping within the right of withdrawal period shall be borne by the Buyer.

5.4. Products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply: Products that are custom-made or unsuitable for personal hygiene purposes cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

6. WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

6.1. The Seller is liable under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 in the event that the products sold are defective.
6.2. If the Buyer detects any manufacturing defect in the product, they must notify the Seller of the situation and initiate the necessary procedures.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes that may arise between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

8. ENFORCEMENT

The contract shall enter into force upon the Buyer’s electronic confirmation that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
